Engagement Initiation Package
Dear Colleague,
So, here you are. Don't panic. Although the letter is called the "New Client Welcome Letter", but this is really just the very first step of becoming a client. And there is no pressure here. Life has been good to me, so I don't need to pressurise people to become clients. It's totally your choice, and you set the pace all the way from first contact to signed contract. It's a healthy capitalistic collaboration between consenting adults.
So, first download these documents.
The "New Client Welcome Letter" gives you a better idea of how we can work together on engagements. The "Feasibility Analysis" is for you and your people to fill in and explain the business case behind your intended initiative. The "Cost Benefit Analysis" helps you to quantify the magnitude of the issue you're planning to tackle. I can work with your company if and only if there is a solid business case behind the engagement and a clear expected ROI, so we're not chasing a pipedream, but rather a big and bold but real goal that's out of your grasp right now but is within your reach, and if we approach things from a different angle, then we can grab the sucker and put it into your piggy bank.

3. Cost Benefit Analysis (Microsoft Excel file opening in new window)
If after reading these documents you're still brave enough to proceed and would like to engage my help and support, then return the filled in "Feasibility Analysis" and "Cost Benefit Analysis" to me and then we can move to the next stage. But, no strings attached. You're in charge.
And thank you for giving me an opportunity to help and support your organisation.
With victory on high...
