FAQ: Do You Offer Any Guarantee For Your Consulting Work?

Absolutely. This is the other client-friendly side of the value-pricing coin. You pay for the value you perceive to receive, but if it doesn't come, you don't pay a dime.

The guarantee comes in two parts...

Service Guarantee

My work is covered by a complete client satisfaction guarantee. When we finish our engagement, you assess how much value you've received for your money. You decide how much my help and support has been worth to you. And you pay only for the value you perceive you've received and I refund the difference, even if it's a full 100% refund. As a human being, I'm far from perfect, so mistakes may occur.

Your payment indicates your satisfaction. If there is any issue with my services, please bring it to my attention right away. When paying in instalments, since you're making upfront payments, every instalment payment indicates your satisfaction with the work we have just completed, and your payment buys the next pay period.

When you invoke the guarantee, all I ask you is to take some time and walk me through the mistakes I made in an effort to constantly improve my services.

Price Guarantee

Furthermore, if you ever receive and invoice from me for which you didn't first authorise the service, terms, and the fee, you are not obligated to pay for that service.
